What this service means

In many companies valuable data still sits in PDFs, scanned paper and email attachments, and someone types it into another system by hand. Document processing automates that step: it recognises the document type, reads the required fields, checks consistency and passes the result to the right system. Thanks to AI models, not only fixed-template forms but also documents with changing layouts can now be read.

How we approach it

Inventory: we list the document types, volumes and required fields. Test set: we prepare a set of real documents with known correct answers. Setup: we build the reading, validation and transfer steps. Approval flow: results with a low confidence score go to human review.

How it is done today

We combine optical character recognition with large language models to read the text and extract its meaning, such as which amount is VAT and which date is the due date. Rules for processing and storing personal and commercial data are designed in line with data protection law. We are building invoice reading in our own product, Muhasebecin, with this approach.
